ABOUT Shepu Vade / Spicy Dill and Bengal gram fritters RECIPE

Shepu che vade is a deep fried snacks made from Dill leaves and Bengal gram. Shepu in Marathi means dill leaves and hence the name of the dish. This simple yet delicious dish serves great as tea time snacks with any sauce or dip. To cut down the calories, I have fried them in Paniyaram mould with just few drops of oil.
