Instant Pomegranate Pickle / Chutney

Ingredients to make Instant Pomegranate Pickle / Chutney

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp saunf
  • Black peppr powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 3/4 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Mastard seeds

How to make Instant Pomegranate Pickle / Chutney

  1. Heat pan, add cumin and saunf and roast it for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Now take roasted cumin, saunf and garlic cloves and crush it.
  3. Take a bowl add the pomegranate seeds, crushed mixture, Salt, Red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
  4. Mix lemon juice. keep aside
  5. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cook till seeds crackle. Remove from heat and add this in the bowl and mix well.
  6. Pickle /chutney is ready
