Russian Cutlet

Ingredients to make Russian Cutlet

  • potatoes 2 ( medium size)
  • carrots 2
  • cabbage 1/3 piece
  • capsicum 1/2
  • Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  • chicken breast pieces
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • green chillies 2 3
  • coriander leaves 1 handful
  • flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Grated cheese 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
  • Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
  • red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 1 1/2 tsp
  • 2 eggs
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Russian Cutlet

  1. Boil chicken in little water and ginger garlic paste
  2. Then shred the chicken and keep aside
  3. Grate the carrots
  4. Shred cabbage
  5. Slice capsicum finely
  6. Chop the green chillies and coriander leaves
  7. In the left chicken stock add all the chopped vegetables, shredded chicken, powder masala, soya sauce, red chili ,sauce, flour grated cheese and mix well.
  8. Stir continuous on the high flame until dry.
  9. Allow the mixture to cool and then add green chillies and coriander leaves
  10. Make round shape cutlets of the mixture.
  11. And keep for 10 mins in the fridge.
  12. Then heat oil in a pan.
  13. Beat the eggs.
  14. Dip the cutlet in egg and shallow fry them.
  15. Serve hot with green mint leaves Chutney

My Tip:

Make sure veggies are very thinly sliced.
