ABOUT Bhel Pops RECIPE

Bhel pops is also know as bhelpuri cutlets. It is a very easy recipe and yummy too!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 boiled potatoes
  2. 1 small onion (finely chopped )
  3. 1 chopped tomato
  4. 1/4 tsp Jeera powder
  5. Green chilli as per your taste
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tbsp Imli chutney
  9. 1 tbsp Green chutney
  10. 1 cup Puffed rice
  11. 1/2 bowl namkeen sewiya
  12. 3 tbsp all purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except puffed rice, namkeen sewiya and all purpose flour . Make small balls
  2. Now take a bowl add all purpose flour , salt and water and make a thin paste
  3. Now dip the balls in the paste and roll the balls in puffed rice, namkeen sewiya. Press the balls to get all the ingredients properly stuck to the balls. Deep fry the balls
  4. Serve with imli chutney and green chutney
