Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. mixed vegetables 1 bowl
  2. split bengal gram 1 bowl
  3. Ginger 1 inch
  4. Garlic 6 cloves
  5. Salt to taste
  6. red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Chaat masaala
  8. Corn flour 1 tsp
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. coarsely grind split Bengal gram along with ginger and garlic
  2. chop vegetables of your choice like cabbage. carrot cauliflower capsicum spring onion finely
  3. mix vegetable and gram paste, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, make a paste and fry till done
  4. Serve
