  • 1 pound firm tofu cut into pieces
  • 4 table spoons corn starch
  • 3 spoons soy sauce
  • 2 spoons peanut butter
  • 2 spoons chilli flakes
  • 3 spoons ketchup
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Easy Peasy Fried Tofu Skewers

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and sprinkle the corn starch in the tofu evenly
  2. Let the tofu rest with corn coating for a few minutes
  3. Fry the tofu in batches in oil
  4. Set this aside and start making the sauce
  5. In a cup combine soy sauce, peanut butter, ketchup , chilli flakes and salt
  6. Mix evenly
  7. Add the tofu slices to The sauce and mix well
