Fried Tomato Chutney

Ingredients to make Fried Tomato Chutney

  • tomatoes 3 big
  • garlic 4-5
  • green chillies 2
  • cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • salt
  • oil

How to make Fried Tomato Chutney

  1. Cut the whole tomatoes into small pieces
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, garlic and green chillies. Keep it in a bowl
  3. Now to the same pan , fry the tomatoes. When they are fried from both the side, remove and keep in the same bowl.
  4. Blend it roughly
  5. Add chopped onions, salt to tomatoes. Mix
  6. Ready to serve

My Tip:

You can add some water if the chutney is thick. Do not remove the skin of tomatoes
