Ingredients to make Veggie Paratha Parcels

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • water to knead the dough.
  • For the veggie filling, you need
  • cabbage shredded a cup
  • onion 1 chopped
  • carrots chopped 1
  • capsicum chopped 1
  • Green peas 1/2 a cup
  • coriander leaves chopped a fistful
  • chilli flakes a tbsp
  • cumin powder a tsp
  • Curry powder a tsp

How to make Veggie Paratha Parcels

  1. Knead the dough for paratha and keep aside for 10 mins.
  2. Meanwhile prepare the veggie filling for the parcels.
  3. In a tbsp of oil, saute the onions with the garlic mince and later on add all the veggies. Stir fry them on high to medium heat by stirring it on and off.
  4. Add all the masalas and garnish with coriander.
  5. Divide the dough into 12 to 14 medium balls and roll and fill each one as seen.
  6. Serve them hot with any sauce or as it is.
