Egg in Noodles Deep Fries

Ingredients to make Egg in Noodles Deep Fries

  • 1 big potato - boiled
  • 1 cup noodles - half boiled
  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 2 spoons chopped capsicum
  • 2 spoons chopped carrot
  • 2 spoons chopped onion
  • 2 spoons spring onion
  • 2 spoons corn - boiled
  • 1 spoon green chilli chopped
  • 4 spoons cabbage chopped in dice
  • 2 spoons purple cabbage chopped
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 1/2 spoon soy sauce

How to make Egg in Noodles Deep Fries

  1. Boil noodles in salt water. This is half cooked. Drain and coat with one spoon oil. Keep aside for cooling
  2. Heat one spoon oil in pan and stir fry all veggies on high flam. Add salt, pepper, soya sauce and stir for 1 min. Add egg and make a crumble of eggs. Remove from pan. Keep for cooling
  3. Stir potato in same pan and cool.
  4. Heat oil at least 1 1/2 cup in a pan for deep frying. If all ingredients are cool mix together and check the seasoning. Take some mixture and make a ball than roll on noodles on it. Press slowly. (Mix little).
  5. Little coat with corn flour and deep fry until noodles looked crispy.
  6. Serve with sesame sauce

My Tip:

Replace potato with minced meat and add veggies and egg directly
