Spicy tangy chole served with bature

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. All purpose flour 2cups
  2. Water as needed to knead flour
  3. Salt to taste
  4. oil for deep friying
  5. boiled chole 1 cup
  6. onions 2 (chopped)
  7. Tomato 1 (chopped)
  8. Green chilli 1 (chopped)
  9. Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Gram masala 1/4 tsp
  12. jeera powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make a dough with all-purpose flour and salt. The dough should be hard. Cover and keep aside.
  2. To prepare chole, saute onion tomatoes and chilly till golden brown. Add all the spices and let it simmer. add water Add boiled chole cover it.
  3. Roll the dough and shape it like bature deep fry in hot oil
  4. Serve bhature with chole
