Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices 4
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1/2
  4. Cucumber 1/2
  5. Capsicum 1/2
  6. Fresh milk fat ( malai) 1 tbsp
  7. Semolina 1 tbsp
  8. Salt 1/2 tesp
  9. Clarified butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Finely chop onion, tomato, cucumber and capsicum.
  2. In a bowl mix together all chopped vegetables, malai, semolina and salt.
  3. Top all four bread slices with this veggie mixture.
  4. Heat a non stick pan. Grease with clarified butter. When hot once set the heat to lowest.
  5. Put one slice on pan keeping veggies facing up. Press veggies lightly with a spoon and flip the bread slice.
  6. Press again lightly so as veggies stuck to bread slice nicely. Let it cook on low for two minutes and flip again.
  7. Let it cook on low for a minute to make slice crisp and golden.
  8. Remove and cook other slices same way.
  9. Serve with ketchup and mint chutney.
