Ingredients to make Soya Balls In Noodle Basket

  • Mini soya chunks -1cup boiled and mashed
  • Cornstarch for coating and dusting
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • Boiled noodles -1cup
  • red chilly flakes -1tsp
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • green chilly
  • spring onion - chopped
  • red chilly paste -1tablespoon
  • tomato sauce -1table spoon
  • Soya sauce 1/3 tsp
  • water

How to make Soya Balls In Noodle Basket

  1. First, take noodles in a bowl Add chilly flakes salt and little bit cornstarch and mix it well
  2. Add a little bit of oil and mix it well. Divide the noodles into silicon muffins and make a small well in the center in each moulds
  3. Put this moulds in airfryer and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In another bowl add boiled mini soya garlic and ginger paste red chilly green onion and mix it well.
  5. Add cornstarch to bind it . Grease your palms with oil divide the soya mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls
  6. Spread some cornstarch on a plate
  7. Dust the balls with cornstarch and deep fry in hot oil
  8. Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan, add garlic, salt, red chilly paste, tomato sauce, soya sauce, and mix it well
  9. Add some water and cook for 30 Seconds
  10. Add soya balls and mix it well and cook for another 20 seconds. Remove the silicon moulds from airfryer and demould it
  11. Place them on a serving plate and put noodle soya balls in each noodle basket
  12. Garish with green spring onion

My Tip:

Don't add too much cornstarch otherwise your soya balls will turn out hard
