ABOUT PANEER PAKORA WITH MINT FILLING RECIPE

These crispy buckwheat flour pakoras are best for fast days

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup buck wheat flour/kUttu ka aata
  2. 200 grams cottage cheese/paneer
  3. 1 tea spoon sendha /rock salt
  4. 1 tea spoon black pepper powder
  5. 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
  6. 1 tea spoon oil
  7. 1 cup or little more or less water to make the batter
  8. For Filling
  9. 1 table spoon chopped coriender leaves
  10. 1 table spoon chopped mint leaves
  11. 1 tea spoo lime juice
  12. 1 /2 tea spoon salt
  13. 1/2 tea spoon black peppr powder
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Make a batter of flour with sufficient water
  2. Add salt and powders along with oil
  3. Mix and stir to make lump free batter
  4. Keep it aside for 10 mins
  5. Cut cheese /paneerin to square pieces
  6. Mix salt and pepper in to leaves with lime juice
  7. Now place 1 teaspoon of leaves mixture over a piece of cheese and cover it with another piece of cheese
  8. Ready all the pieces of cheese and make sand wiches like this
  9. Dip in the batter one by one
  10. Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame
