Ingredients to make Ragda Patties With Sprout Tikki

  • Boiled potato -1 (mashed )
  • Green moong dal sprouts- 1 cup
  • paneer- 2 tbsp (crumbled)
  • Bread crumbs- 2 tbsp
  • Kabuli channa- 2 tbsp (boiled)
  • White matar- 2 tbsp (boiled)
  • Green peas- 2 tbsp (boiled)
  • tomatoes-2 chopped
  • Green chilli chutney
  • imli chutney
  • curd -1cup
  • onion sliced-1
  • oil for frying
  • Salt, red chilli powder, amchoor, dhania powder, garam masala, bhuna jeera as needed

How to make Ragda Patties With Sprout Tikki

  1. Heat oil, spulter jeera add chopped tomatoes and salt and green chilli
  2. Cook well. Add chana masala and all other seasonings and make a gravy mix all chana and matar
  3. Cook for 5-6 minutes more by adding 1cup of water Sprinkle kasuri methi
  4. For tikkis Mix potatoes ,paneer and sprouts and bread crumbs
  5. Mix salt ,amchoor, green chilli, red chilli powder and mix well
  6. Make small balls out of the dough
  7. Fry tikkis in hot oil
  8. For the serving Take tikkis in a plate, pour ragda over it pour both chutnies and curd over it Decorate with sliced onions and serve immediately
