ABOUT No Bake Oreo Cake RECIPE

No bake cake with lots of flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For the bottom layer -
  2. Oreo biscuit 1 pack
  3. Melted butter 1/4 cup
  4. For the middle layer
  5. Powdered sugar 1/4 cup
  6. butter 1/4 cup
  7. Whipped cream 1/2 cup
  8. pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup
  9. White chocolate 2 small slabs
  10. For the top layer -
  11. 3 Oreo biscuits
  12. 1/2 tsp coffee
  13. Whipped cream 1/4 cup
  14. Powdered sugar 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Take butter in a bowl
  2. For bottom layer - Take a blender add oreos (take out cream from it) and grind it till you get a coarse powder. Add butter mix well.
  3. For middle layer - In a big bowl add all the ingredient one by one and mix it. The mixture should be whipped till fluffy. Add pomegranate. Add it to the bottom layer. Refrigerate.
  4. For top layer- Mix all the ingredients till you get a fluffy mixture. Add the third layer on top. Refrigerate for 3 -4 hours
  5. Decorate with Oreo crumbs, white chocolate and pomegranate.
  6. Serve
