ZERO OIL PANEER MASALA GRAVY

Ingredients to make ZERO OIL PANEER MASALA GRAVY

  • cottage cheese (paneer) 250gm cut into cubes
  • onion medium 2no.
  • tomatoes 4-5
  • garlic cloves 3-4
  • whole red chili( kashmiri) 4-5
  • cumin(jeera) 1 tsp
  • coriander (whole) 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • salt
  • fresh cream or malai 2 tbsp

How to make ZERO OIL PANEER MASALA GRAVY

  1. Take non stick pan and heat it .Put cumin seeds ,coriander,red chili,garlic and dry roast it.
  2. Now add onion roughly chopped,tomatoes roughly chopped in the same pan and keep roasting till golden brown.
  3. Now add 1 cup water to the same pan and let it boil for a while, till tomatoes softens.
  4. Put off the Pan and let it cool.
  5. Now grind the above boiled mixture in a grinder with cream.
  6. Take same pan and add the above paste and start roasting till water evaporates .
  7. Now add paneer (cottage cheese) into the gravy and add garam masala into it and keep it for another 5 mins.
  8. Serve it hot with chapati or Rice.

My Tip:

Adjust Gravy according to your need.
