Tutty Fruity Cake

Ingredients to make Tutty Fruity Cake

  • maida-300 gms
  • Baking powder-2 tsp
  • baking soda-1 tsp
  • sugar powder-150 gms
  • Vegetable oil-100 ml
  • Milk Powder-4 tbsp
  • Milk-125 ml
  • Fruit essence-2 tsp
  • Tutty Fruity-200 gms
  • Canned pineapple pcs-few

How to make Tutty Fruity Cake

  1. Sieve together Maida, Baking powder & Baking soda, thrice. Keep aside
  2. Mix milk and essence.
  3. Beat oil, sugar and milk powder with a hand blender.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and wet ingredients gradually . Do not over mix
  5. Add tutti frutti and pineapple pieces and give a mix
  6. Grease a Pan with Oil.. Preheat the Oven for 10 mins
  7. Pour the mix in the pan
  8. Bake it for 30-35 mins at 180 degrees C till the top turns brown.
  9. Check it by inserting a toothpick. It should come out clean

My Tip:

It's an easy version of Christmas Cake.
