Ingredients Serving: 12

  1. Flax Seeds 1/4 Cup
  2. Cashew nuts 1/4 cup
  3. Pumpkin Seeds 1/4 Cup
  4. Raisins 1/4 Cup
  5. Roasted Sesame 1/4 Cup + little extra for dusting
  6. Seedless Dates 10-12
  7. Raw honey 2-3 Tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, grind flax seeds, cashew nuts and pumpkin seeds to a coarse powder .
  2. Now pulse dates till they are nicely crushed .
  3. Mix in 1/4 cup roasted sesame, raisins, crushed dates and honey with the prepared powder till well blended. If the mixture is too dry to shape , add little more honey .
  4. Take a ping pong size mixture and start shaping up into balls.
  5. Once they are nicely shaped, roll them into roasted sesame seeds till they are nicely coated on all the sides. This step is optional . I love that extra crunch of sesame , so prefer to add them lots
  6. Once they are all ready, store them in the airtight container and refrigerate.
