ABOUT White Chocolate Stuffed Chocolate Cookies RECIPE

White Chocolate stuffed chocolate cookies are chocolatey, fudgy and white chocolate give a different dimension and sensation when you take the first bite. It just takes you to the other world. These cookies taste similar to a brownie.They are super crispy around the edges and soft and tender in the center. They are not sugary.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour- 3/4 cup
  2. Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
  3. Sugar- 6tbsp
  4. Butter - 1/4 cup
  5. Milk - 4tbsp
  6. Salt -1/4tsp
  7. Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  8. White chocolate - 5 small bars
  9. 1/2 Color Sprinklers as required

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, take all purpose flour, cocoa powder,salt and baking soda. Roughly mix them and keep aside.
  2. In another bowl, cream sugar and butter for 2-3 minutes until it is well incorporated. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix them until it well combined.
  3. Just add in milk little by little and make a smooth dough. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. Divide the dough into 20 small equal sized balls and flatten them slightly and keep this aside.
  5. Take the flattened ball and place a small piece of white chocolate in center and place the other portion of the dough. Seal the dough carefully around it.
  6. Arrange the cookies on the baking sheet and place them a couple of inches apart as it tends to expand while baking. Top up with color sprinkles and bake these cookies in a preheated oven for about 10-12minutes or until they are lightly brown around the edges.
  7. When the cookies are slightly warm, just top up with powdered sugar.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool down completely and then store them in an air-tight container.
