Veg Manchow Soup

Ingredients to make Veg Manchow Soup

  • 1tbsp cornflour
  • salt to taste
  • 4 to 5 spring onions chopped
  • 1/2 capsicum chopped
  • 1/2cabbage chopped
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 10 to 15 garlic pieces chopped
  • 3 to 4 mushrooms chopped
  • 1tsp Black pepper
  • 1tsp white pepper
  • 4 to 5 green chillies chopped
  • 1tsp oil
  • 1tsp soya sauce

How to make Veg Manchow Soup

  1. In a pan add oil fry garlic, green chillies
  2. Then add chopped carrots, cabbage, capsicum, spring onions,
  3. Fry well . Then add salt, black , white pepper an mix well
  4. Then add chopped mushrooms mix well
  5. Then add cornflour, mixed with water, soya sauce an add it to the pan
  6. Keep stirring till it becomes medium consistency
  7. Then pour it in a bowl
  8. Add fried noodles over it

My Tip:

If you want spicy add more of green chillies chopped to make it spicy
