Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour(maida) - 2 tbsp
  2. Cornflour - 1 tbsp
  3. Black pepper - 1 tsp
  4. 1 cup - Cauliflower florets
  5. Onion - 1/2 cup chopped
  6. Capsicum - 1/2 cup chopped
  7. Tobasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
  8. Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  9. 2 tsp - tomato ketchup
  10. 1 tsp - vinegar
  11. Honey - 2 tsp
  12. Green chilly sauce - 1/2 tsp
  13. Red chilly sauce - 1/2 tsp
  14. Roasted Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
  15. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Make a paste with maida, cornflour, salt, blackpepper by adding water as required. It need not be too watery, as we have to coat the cauliflower florets in it.
  2. Now, heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Coat the cauliflower florets in the above made paste and deep fry till little brown.
  3. Take another pan, put 1 tbsp oil and saute onions along with capsicum.
  4. Add Tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, honey, red chilly sauce, green chilly sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper and salt as per taste.
  5. Add, fried cauliflower to the pan and fold slowly in the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds. Serve hot
