  • 1 tsp jelly crystals
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 10 almonds soaked
  • Chopped pista and kinnu pieces for decoration

  1. First wash and rinse rice . After that dry on a towel for 30 mins. Now grind it like rava.

My Tip:

When you add rice, stir, continuously otherwise lumps will form. Do not add jelly to hot phirni
