Chilly Baby Corn

Ingredients to make Chilly Baby Corn

  • 8 baby corns
  • Yellow, red, green bell peppers 1 ech
  • tomato 1 (chopped)
  • chilly 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • green chillies 2 (chopped)
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
  • cornflour 1 tsp
  • spring onion (chopped) 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to make Chilly Baby Corn

  1. Boil baby corns with salt until soft and then add bell peppers diced for a minute
  2. Add cornflour, chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper powder to the baby corns and deep fry them until brown and crisp
  3. Add oil in a pan, add chopped onions, ajinomoto, ginger garlic paste,salt to taste and saute till golden brown and then add the bell peppers to it.
  4. Add all the sauces and cornflour with water for gravy cook for a min until thick paste then add the baby corns amd cook for a while
  5. Add the onion spring onion for garnishing and serve hot with fried rice
