ABOUT Fruit Raita RECIPE

A very healthy and tasty raita.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. curd 1/2 kg
  2. apple 1
  3. Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
  4. pineapple chunks 1 tbsp
  5. Black salt 1/2 tsp
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Sugar 1 tsp
  8. Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
  9. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  11. coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Whip the curd. Cut the apple into small pieces.
  2. Now mix all ingredients in curd, garnish with coriander leaves, cool and serve chilled .
