Ingredients to make Whole Wheat Jaggery Nutty Cake(eggless)

  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup refined oil
  • 1 cup melted jaggery or as per taste
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3-4 tbsp chopped nuts like walnut,almonds anything of your choice

How to make Whole Wheat Jaggery Nutty Cake(eggless)

  1. Take whole wheat flour in a bowl .
  2. To it add baking powder and soda.
  3. Also add cinnamon powder. mix well
  4. To above dry mixture add curd and oil
  5. Next add jaggery . Mix well .Now add milk in small quantity. Stop adding when you get a batter of flowing consistency.
  6. Grease a baking tin with oil . Dust some wheat flour. Pour the batter into it.
  7. Place chopped nuts on the batter in baking tin.
  8. Now preheat the convection mode of microwave and bake the cake at 200°C for 35 -40 minutes.
  9. After cake is baked . Let it cool completely. Then unmould it and enjoy.
