About Veggie Lollypop Recipe

Veggie Lollypop

Ingredients to make Veggie Lollypop

  • 4 - bread slices
  • 2 - boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup - boiled veggeis (carrot pea kernels capsicum etc)
  • 2 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder
  • Few drops of lemon juice
  • Wooden sticks for making the pops
  • oil for frying
  • water if required

How to make Veggie Lollypop

  1. Mash the boiled and peeled potatoes finely.
  2. Add all boiled veggies to it and salt, pepper powder, chilli powder and lemon juice.
  3. Make a fine paste of stuffing and keep aside.
  4. Now take a bread slice and dip it in water and press between palms to drain the excess water.
  5. Add a spoonful of the filling to the bread slice .Top it with cheese. And close it from all sides.
  6. Now insert the stick at the bottom and deep fry on medium flame.
  7. Prepare all the pops similarly and enjoy.

My Tip:

You can make the rolls first and fry them and later add stick to them to give the veggie lollypop shape.
