Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup Raw Mango (cut into cubes)
  2. 1 cup grated coconut
  3. 2 Shallots (sliced)
  4. 2 dry red chillies
  5. 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  6. 2-3 curry leaves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Combine grated coconut, sliced shallots and cubed mangoes. Add this to a pan and saute for 2-3 minutes over medium-low flame.
  2. Add dry red chillies directly to flame holding the tip of the chilli. Brown both the sides carefully. Take care not to burn your fingers.
  3. Add dry red chilli, curry leaves, chilli powder and salt to the coconut mixture.
  4. Grind together in the smallest jar of mixie to a coarse paste adding water.
