Homemade Chocolates

Ingredients to make Homemade Chocolates

  • Morde dark chocolate compound
  • Morde milk chocolate compound
  • For filling -
  • raisins 1/2 Cup
  • Chopped almond and pistachio 1/2 cup
  • coconut powder
  • Crushed chocos

How to make Homemade Chocolates

  1. In a bowl break the both morde chocolate compound into small pieces
  2. We can melt chocolate by two methods.
  3. Double boiler method-
  4. Now take a bowl add some water and boil the water on medium flame
  5. Now take another glass bowl and put all chocolate pieces
  6. Place this chocolate bowl over the bowl with boiling water
  7. Continuously mix the chocolate with spatula till it perfectly melting.
  8. Chocolates will melt. keep stirring till you get a runny mixture
  9. To melt chocolates in microwave, Take a microwave safe bowl.
  10. Mix both chocolates
  11. Microwave it for 1 minute
  12. After that mix it with spatula
  13. Chocolates are melted now.
  14. Let the melted mixture cool for 2-3 minutes
  15. Take different shapes of moulds for making chocolates
  16. Now pour chocolate in chocolate tray till half
  17. Then freeze it for 2 minutes
  18. Take out tray add some filling of choice.
  19. I used some raisins,almond,pistachio and coconut for this.
  20. Fill remaining half part of chocolate tray .
  21. Freeze it for 3-4 minutes
  22. Now take out trays. Demould it.
  23. Your shiny homemade chocolates are now ready.
  24. Wrap in colourful wrappers
