Ingredients to make Berry Kiwi CheesCake

  • butter- 3 tsp
  • Biscuit crumbs-2 cup
  • Hung curd- 2 cup
  • sugar powder-4 tsp/ condensed milk- 1/4 cup
  • Kiwi puree-2 tsp
  • Strawberry slices
  • Kiwi slices

How to make Berry Kiwi CheesCake

  1. Take a mixing bowl. Put biscuit crumbs. Add butter and mix.
  2. Take a ring mould. Put the mixture and spread evenly. Put in refrigerator for 15 minutes to get it set.
  3. Take hung curd. Mix sugar / condensed milk. Add kiwi puree. Mix all.
  4. Bring out the mould from the refrigerator. Now spread the layer of curd on it. Put again in refrigerator for 15 min.
  5. Bring it out. Unmould carefully. Decorate with kiwi and strawberry slices.
  6. Serve it chilled.

My Tip:

Keep it in refridgerator until it is served.
