For crust- 7 tbs crushed Marie biscuit
1tbsp sugar
4 tbsp melted butter
For filling - 1 1/2 cups grated paneer
1tbsp hung curd
1 Pinch Baking Soda
1 pinch Nutmeg powder
1/4 can condensed milk
1/4 cup raisins
For decoration-
Icing Sugar
Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Crust- Mix biscuit butter and sugar. Press it in mould and keep in the freeze.
Filling- In a bowl take paneer,curd soda nutmeg and 1tbsp water and whisk well. add milkmaid and raisins. Pour this filling on crust-. And bake for 9minutes on 180 degree C in an oven
Garnish with icing sugar and chocolate shavings
