Eggless Custard Cake and Cake Rusk

Ingredients to make Eggless Custard Cake and Cake Rusk

  • 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 /2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3-4 teaspoon custard powder
  • 1 table spoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon tutti frutti

How to make Eggless Custard Cake and Cake Rusk

  1. For cake, take 1 & 1/2 cup of maida,sieve it 3 times,keep aside, mix tutti frutti in it.
  2. Now in 1 cup of beaten curd add 1 cup of powdered sugar,1 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, keep it for 5 mins,it will become frothy
  3. Now add 1/2 cup of oil,1 tsp of vanilla extract, mix all.
  4. Take 3-4 tsp of custard powder, mix with little cold milk,and pour it in curd mixture, Mix properly, now start adding maida into this wet mix. Pour in greased tin, bake at 170 C for 35-40 mins.
  5. For rusk Cut slices of cool cake and rebake it in oven at 200 degree C for 10 mins or according to your oven
