ABOUT Beet Potato Bullets RECIPE

Children don't like beets . This is the best way to make them eat beets

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 potatoes
  2. 4 beets
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. 1 pack vermicelli
  5. Salt
  6. Oil
  7. 2 tsp besan/maida/cornflour (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes. peel them and mash well
  2. Wash, peel and grate beets
  3. Mix all ingredients, except oil
  4. If needed add besan
  5. Give desired shape
  6. Crush vermicelli and plate
  7. Roll bullets in vermicelli and deep fry them
