A yummy healthy treat for tea time

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Maida ( refined flour)
  2. 1 tsp yeast granules
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  4. 1/2 cup warm water
  5. 1 tsp cooking oil ( any)
  6. 1 pinch of salt
  7. 1 pinch black pepper
  8. 1 small bunch of coriander
  9. 1 tbsp cream
  10. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste ( fresh)
  11. 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, oil and yeast powder in warm water
  2. Keep it in a warm place to activate the yeast
  3. Add ginger garlic paste , salt ,cream coriander paste to maida
  4. Knead the dough with yeast water
  5. Cover with cling film and leave for fermentation
  6. When it doubles in size knead it again
  7. Now shape it like a log and transfer the dough to bread mould and again leave to rise
  8. When it again doubles in size, keep it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Cfor 30- 35 minutes
  9. Brush with milk to add brown glaze on it.
  10. Take it out, keep on a cooling rack and after 10 mins, remove it from the mould
  11. Serve with hot tea
