ABOUT Waterbath Cookie RECIPE

This is a simple cookie recipe which will add a charm to Christmas celebration

Ingredients Serving: 4

All purpose flour 100 grams
Sugar 25 grams
Amul butter 65 grams
Vanilla essence 1 or 2 drops
Coco powder 1/2 spoon
Water 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

In a bowl take butter and sugar and mix well
Add flour in it and mix, add water, vanilla essence and prepare cookie dough
Take half of the dough, divide into two, set it in a silicon mould as a tart and give shape of a tub as shown in picture
Two tubs will be prepared
Now in the remaining dough add coco powder and mix well
Divide the dough into 4 parts and give a round shape and decorate by adding chocolate chip as nose and choco rice as eyes
For ears, use kellogs chocos
Now bake all the six cuties in a baking tray for 170 degree Celsius for 20 minutes
Now bring cookies to a normal temperature, take out tubs from silicone mould
Add whipped cream in tub and set two baby bears in the tub and decorate well
