Ingredients to make Eggless Wheat Flour Pineapple Cake

  • wheat flour- 1 1/3 cup
  • granulated sugar- 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • baking soda-1/2 tsp
  • salt 1 pinch
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • curd- 1/2 cup
  • oil- 1/2 cup
  • Fresh pineapple juice-1/4 cup
  • pineapple essence-1 tsp

How to make Eggless Wheat Flour Pineapple Cake

  1. Take the Pineapple juice and boil it on medium flame for 5-8 minutes and let it cool down completely
  2. In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  3. Add the curd, oil, milk and pineapple essence. Mix it to form a smooth batter.
  4. Add the juice and mix gently. Pour it into the greased and floured cake tin.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30-40 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Allow it to cool completely and then de mould it
