  • 1 cup- whole wheat flour
  • 4 tsp- olive oil (or any other vegetable oil)
  • 1/2 cup- sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp- salt
  • 1/2 tsp- sugar powder
  • 2 tbsp- thick curd/yogurt
  • 2-3 tbsp- water

How to make Whole Wheat Crackers With Sesame Seeds

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds
  2. Mix with whole wheat flour, salt,and sugar powder.
  3. Rub olive oil and curd into the flour until it resembles dry bread crumbs.
  4. Add 1 tsp water at a time to bind into a soft, pliable dough.
  5. Keep the dough aside for half an hour. Do not refrigerate. This should allow the dough time for fermentation.
  6. Preheat the oven or microwave convection at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  7. Roll out the dough into a thin chapati and cut into desired shapes.
