Ingredients to make Prune Pops

  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese(can use paneer)
  • 5 to 6 big Basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 15 to 20 Delmonte Prunes
  • 1 tbsp honey to drizzle
  • 5-6 roasted almonds

How to make Prune Pops

  1. Combine cheese, basil, salt, pepper in the processor While the processor is still on, pour olive oil till well incorporated
  2. Spoon the mix on prunes. Top with Almonds and drizzle honey.
  3. Serve

My Tip:

While adding the olive oil, pour the oil little by little till well fluffed
