Prawns Masala Garlic

Ingredients to make Prawns Masala Garlic

  • Prawns one cup (wash and cleaned)
  • Dry red chilli 4
  • garlic cloves 10
  • onions 2
  • tomato 1 big red ripe
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmir red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Fresh coriander

How to make Prawns Masala Garlic

  1. Grind dry red chilli, garlic with little salt and water to a fine paste
  2. In a pan add oil and fry finely chopped onions then add finely chopped tomato. you can also make tomato puree then add prawns and cook for 2 mins. add red chilli paste cook for 5 mins on low flame
  3. Add dry masala and , salt and cook again for 2 mins
  4. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander

My Tip:

Add salt at the end to adjust the taste since we have added salt at the time of grinding dry red chilli.
