Ingredients to make Jaggery Malpua With Jaggery Rabdi

  • 1 liter milk (for rabadi)
  • Grated jaggery-1/2 cup
  • Chopped nuts
  • For malpuas-
  • jaggery-1 cup
  • water-1/2 cup
  • Chopped nuts
  • mawa-1/2 cup
  • Black pepper powder-1tsp
  • poppy seeds-1 tsp
  • maida-1 1/2 cup
  • Milk -optional If needed.
  • Desi ghee for frying.
  • For mawa
  • Milk powder-1small bowl.
  • Milk 1/2 bowl
  • ghee-.2sp

How to make Jaggery Malpua With Jaggery Rabdi

  1. To make mawa, take a microwave safe bowl
  2. Mix all three ingredients- milk powder, milk and ghee.
  3. Microwave for nearly 4/5 minutes or may be 1 to 2 minute more or till Mawa is done.
  4. Now take a heavy bottom pan. Boil milk in the pan.
  5. When the milk gets thickened, turn off the gas.
  6. Add grated Jaggery and nuts.
  7. To make malpuas. Heat water in a pan and add Jaggery in the water.
  8. Let Jaggery melt properly.
  9. Now add Mawa.
  10. Add poppy seeds ,black pepper powder and nuts.
  11. Now add Maida and mix well.
  12. If batter is thick add milk to it.
  13. Now heat ghee in a pan.
  14. When the ghee is hot, pour batter in the pan in small quantities and fry them.
  15. Likewise fry all malpuas and take them out on an absorbent paper.
  16. Now it's time for plating.
  17. Before serving pour rabdi on malpuas.
  18. Or you can serve rabdi in a bowl.
  19. You can also serve with fresh strawberries.
  20. Sprinkle some chopped Dry fruits and serve.

My Tip:

Don't make rabdi more sweet as malpuas are also sweet.
