Ingredients to make Crispy skin baked peri peri chicken breasts.

  • 800 gms chicken breasts with skin
  • 2 tbsps of chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp of chilli powder
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • Thyme 2 tbps
  • Lemon juice 2
  • 2 tsp Curry powder
  • salt and pepper

How to make Crispy skin baked peri peri chicken breasts.

  1. Mix butter, chilli powder, curry powder salt and pepper and stuff it in between the skin and the chicken , spread the chilli sauce and thyme also on top of the chicken breasts, let it rest in the fridge for 4 hours atleast.
  2. Bake in preheated oven for 20 mins at 180 degree C.
