ABOUT Crispy skin baked peri peri chicken breasts. RECIPE

Crispy from the outside and juicy from the inside.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 800 gms chicken breasts with skin
  2. 2 tbsps of chilli sauce
  3. 1 tsp of chilli powder
  4. 1/4 cup of butter
  5. Thyme 2 tbps
  6. Lemon juice 2
  7. 2 tsp Curry powder
  8. salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, chilli powder, curry powder salt and pepper and stuff it in between the skin and the chicken , spread the chilli sauce and thyme also on top of the chicken breasts, let it rest in the fridge for 4 hours atleast.
  2. Bake in preheated oven for 20 mins at 180 degree C.
