Ingredients to make Banana Topped Chocolate Cupcake

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate powder
  • 50 gm butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup (sugar powdered)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoon milk ( as required for batter consistency)
  • Baking paper cups
  • For topping
  • 1/2 banana in rounds
  • 1 wafer
  • 1 eclair
  • 1 chocolate biscuit
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream

How to make Banana Topped Chocolate Cupcake

  1. Mix flour, chocolate powder, baking soda and baking powder in a plate. Sift flour at least two times.
  2. In a mixing bowl take butter and sugar. Beat it until fluffy. Add egg and beat again until looks pale. Meanwhile preheat oven to 180 degree C
  3. Now add vanilla essence and milk. Mix again. Add mixed flour slowly in two parts
  4. Mix gently
  5. Sift mixture in cupcakes and tap it two times. Keep for baking in microwave for 15-20 minutes
  6. Keep for cooling and now top with whipped cream and then bananas. And use the toppings according to your choice.
