Mango Sago Pudding

Ingredients to make Mango Sago Pudding

  • sago 4 tbsp
  • sugar 5-6 tbsp
  • elaichi powder 1 tsp
  • Double toned milk 500 ml
  • coconut powder 3 tbsp
  • mango 1 pureed
  • dry fruits for garnishing

How to make Mango Sago Pudding

  1. Soak sago in water for 1 hour. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Take milk in a heavy bottom pan and put sugar, sago, coconut powder and elaichi powder. Mix well. Bring to boil. Now lower the flame and cook it by stirring continuously till it gets thick.
  3. When it is thick switch off the flame and transfer it to another bowl. Cool it.
  4. Now add mango puree and mix well.
  5. Garnish with dry fruits and put it in fridge for 2 hrs.
  6. Serve chilled.
