ABOUT Paneer/ Cottage Cheese And Mango Smoothie RECIPE

A rich, creamy, yummy and healthy smoothie. Mango, almond and curd makes it healthier and yummy and cottage cheese or paneer makes the texture rich and creamy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped mango 1 cup
  2. Soaked and peeled almonds 4
  3. Curd 1/2 cup
  4. Honey 2 teaspoon
  5. Reduced milk or khoya/mawa 1 - 2 tablespoon
  6. Paneer/cottage cheese 1/4 cup
  7. cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Ice as require

Instructions

  1. Crumble the fresh paneer/cottage cheese.
  2. Mix with all the ingredients.
  3. Blend till smooth and frothy.
  4. Pour it in your favourite glass with some ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with mango and pistachios.
