Fatafat Paav Bhaji

Ingredients to make Fatafat Paav Bhaji

  • For bhaji -
  • oil 2tsp
  • butter or ghee 2 tsp
  • peas half cup
  • carrots half cup grated
  • capsicum 1 cubed
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • onion 2
  • tomato 2
  • cabbage 1 cup grated
  • cauliflower 1 cup grated
  • salt 1 pinch
  • Red pepper 1 tsp
  • Paav bhaji masala 2 tsp
  • turmeric 1 tsp

How to make Fatafat Paav Bhaji

  1. Heat up a pan and add oil in it. Let it get warm on medium heat
  2. Add onion and ginger garlic paste and just cook for 1 minute and then add capsicum
  3. Add peas, grated carrot, cabbage, cauliflower and stir continuously
  4. When all veggies cook properly, add turmeric, red chilli powder, paav bhaji masala, salt and add water as needed.
  5. For finishing add ghee or butter in the end
  6. Roast the paav on tawa with butter and serve with paav bhaji

My Tip:

Since all veggies are grated, it will not take too much time for veggies to get cooked. Keep stirring continuously
