ABOUT Lychee Ceviche RECIPE

Ceviche is popular appetizer served in western countries,typically made from raw fish or shrimps which is cured with lemon juice or any citrus juice. this dish is inspired by Love and Olive oil.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 10 fresh lychees
  2. 2 Tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  3. 1/2 kiwi
  4. 1 small onion
  5. 1 green chili
  6. 1 Lemon
  7. 1 Lime
  8. 1 tbsp julienne ginger
  9. 1 tbsp lychee juice
  10. Salt to taste
  11. few sprigs of coriander leaves
  12. 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel , pit and tear lychee flesh in big pieces and place it in bowl. Peel and slice the onion thinly and place it in the bowl along with pomegranate seed, sliced kiwi .
  2. Deseed and thinly slice green chili.
  3. Cut and remove juice from lemon and lime and keep it aside in a small bowl.
  4. In the bowl with lychee, onion, kiwi, pomegranate seeds, add sliced green chili, lychee juice along with juice of lime and lemon and salt.
  5. Toss everything well to combine.
  6. Place the bowl in fridge for 20 minutes till all the flavors merges well together.
  7. In a deep plate place the ceviche portion and drizzle with the juices in the bowl and half teaspoon of olive oil. Top it with sprigs of coriander leaves.
  8. Serve Lychee ceviche .

so unique..can I add more fruits in this?
