  • 100 gram nuts(optional almond,walnuts,hazelnuts)
  • 75 grams milk chocolate
  • 35 grams dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 3/4 cup roasted sesame seeds

How to make Homemade Choco And Nuts Bar

  1. First of all, deseeds all dates, take orange juice in pan add brown sugar, butter, salt and black pepper powder and dates in it.
  2. Cook dates in juice but remember to cook only 75-80% so that the dates may be chewy. when it is done keep aside
  3. Roast nuts and also keep aside . In a double boiler melt both chocolates, add cream and roasted nuts to it and mix well.
  4. When the chocolate paste cools filled it in cooled dates and nicely coated with roasted sesame seeds. Keep in the fridge to set
  5. Serve

My Tip:

Here I used a special variety of dates "Amber" which are good for diabetics. These dates are not very sweet and are big in size. Salt and pepper are used only to balance the flavours
