Ingredients to make Roasted Peanut Cake

  • 125 gm maida
  • 140 gm dahi
  • 70 gm oil
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 100 gm roasted peanuts
  • 100 gm roasted peanuts
  • salt to taste

  • Melted dark chocolate 200 gms

How to make Roasted Peanut Cake

  1. Take dahi, oil & sugar in a bowl & mix it properly till it is lump free & smooth.
  2. During mixing put vanilla essence into it.
  3. Sift dry ingredients three times. Add to wet ingredients. Add peanuts
  4. Now pour this cake batter into dusted tin and put it into preheated cooker for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. After the sponge cake is ready demold it & then pour melted chocolate on It & also put roasted peanuts on it & put the cake in the refrigerator to freeze the chocolate.
  6. Slice and serve
