Apple Tomato Jam ( No Preservatives)

Ingredients to make Apple Tomato Jam ( No Preservatives)

  • apple 1 big (200 grams)
  • tomato 200 grams
  • sugar 1/4 to 1/2 cup
  • Squeezed ginger juice from grated ginger, (fresh ) 1 tsp
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

How to make Apple Tomato Jam ( No Preservatives)

  1. Peel and cut Apple into chunks.
  2. Chop Tomatoes. Pressure cook both together.
  3. Cool , remove skin of tomato and blend Apple, Tomato.
  4. Cook in a pan with sugar. Add ginger puree and boil to a required consistency. Add lime juice just 2 to 3 minutes before done.
  5. Let it cool. Enjoy with bread or paratha.

My Tip:

Make required quantity only. As it takes very less time to cook you can make it fresh when required. Adjust Sugar according to taste and Sweetness of Apple.
