ABOUT Coconut Butter Star Cookies RECIPE

Very soft melt in the mouth cookies

Ingredients Serving: 10

1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp rawa
3tbsp coconut powder desiccated
2tbsp white butter (i used homemade)
1tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp baking soda
Milk as per requirement
1/2 cup sugar powdered

Instructions

Mix all ingredients into a bowl except milk
Rub with hands gently like breadcrumbs
Now add milk and make a soft dough
Roll the dough and wrap it with foil paper and keep it refrigerator for 30 mintues
Now roll the dough with roller pin and cut the shape of star with the help of cookie cutter
Prepare biscuits with all the dough
Bake the cookies in a preheated air fryer for 10 minutes at the temperature of 180 degrees C
Your cookies are ready for Christmas party
