Ingredients to make Homemade Mayo

  • 1 cup Canola Oil
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 3 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder/Black pepper powder(optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt to taste

How to make Homemade Mayo

  1. Add egg yolk, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, red chilli powder/pepper powder and salt in to a bowl. Combine well.
  2. Transfer to a glass bottle.Keep refrigerated.
